The Other Guys tops box office

The new comedy The Other Guys, starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, broke through to become the new leader at the box office with an estimated $35.6 million in receipts (Tribute Viewer Rating 3.6 out of 5 stars), knocking Inception, which earned $18.6 million this week, to second place. Another new movie, Step Up 3, was third with $15.5 million and a Tribute Viewer Rating of 3.6 stars. Salt (Tribute Viewer Rating: 4.2), dropped a spot to fourth place, earning $11.1 million, while Dinner for Schmucks rounded out the top five with $10.5 million (Tribute Viewer Rating: 3.7). At the Canadian box office, the top 5 movies were the same. [Poll=210]
