The Tourist: Behind the Scenes

Exclusive Video Feature

Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp have been leaving their mark on the cinematic world for many years, but oddly enough, the two had never crossed paths before signing on to star in The Tourist.  The film revolves around Frank (Depp), an American tourist visiting Italy to mend a broken heart. Elise (Jolie) is an extraordinary woman who deliberately crosses his path and leads him into a world of danger and intrigue.

Tribute‘s Bonnie Laufer caught up with Angelina and Johnny in Paris, France to talk about their mutual admiration, what they have in common and how much they enjoyed working on this exciting thriller.

Jolie and Johnny were lacking chemistry and very much jaded. As if they didn’t give shit about the movie or their roles. Laughing all the way to the bank (not the movie mind u: set to be another box office flop) while both their real life spouses sigh in relief.

Must see !! Wonderful gem of a movie: classy, elegant, intriguing, sensual, humorous with breathtaking sceneries of Paris & Venice. Great blend of slow, mesmerizing frames and action scenes. Well put together. Depp is so believable all the way to the end. Jolie is such an elegant lady, in the true sense of the word. The ending is refreshingly unexpected. This is a real movie – a true classic.
