After playing a spy in the Mission: Impossible film franchise, Tom Cruise is now being accused of being a spy in real life. TMZ reports that the actor, his lawyer Bert Fields, and private detective Anthony Pellicano are being sued by Michael Davis Sapir for $5 million on the grounds of illegal espionage. The man claims the trio conspired against him and spied illegally without his knowledge, including using a wiretap on his phone. Cruise and Sapir have been enemies for a long time. In 2001, the actor sued Sapir for $100 million, after he claimed to have a video of Cruise in a homosexual relationship. The case was settled out of court, with Sapir admitting the video never existed. Now, Sapir claims that during that case, Anthony Pellicano was secretly recording his phone calls. Attorney Bert Fields told TMZ, “The allegations are absolute garbage.” ~Patricia Gougeon

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One starring Tom Cruise is a non-stop action-filled adventure with plenty of stunts and an entertaining plot.
This guy just wants cruises money, he needs to get a life.
leave the cruise alone i agree hte guy needs to get a life just wants some cash
This is not that hard to believe given Scientology’s penchant for the spying on and espionage of those that condemn the “church” and it’s members. Cruise is so deluded, he probably believes his Thetan made him do it.
But, then again, this guy Sapir is a scum bag.
Hey demigod, this Sapir should have been a woman…and take him for everything he’s got, right? LMFAO!! Hehehehehehehehehe.
What?! ha! Ha!!! Ha!! 🙂 !
