Tom Sizemore arrested for violence against women – again

By Alexandra Heilbron on August 27, 2009 | 50 Comments

tom_sizemoreTom Sizemore has been charged with spousal battery after an incident involving his girlfriend. The actor, who has been charged with violence against women numerous times, was arrested in Los Angeles on August 6th while  in public with his girlfriend. When an argument turned physical, an onlooker called 911. Sizemore has previously been accused of physically injuring his then-wife, Maeve Quinlan in 1999. In 2002, he was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges following an argument with an unidentified woman at his home. Just one month later, he was arrested after being accused of punching a 20-year-old woman at a party. Sizemore was arrested again in May 2003 for allegedly making death threats to Heidi Fleiss, a prostitute to whom he’d been engaged in 2001. He was also charged with domestic violence, battery, threat of bodily injury, dissuading a witness, violation of a probation order and inducing false testimony. He was further served with a court order to stay away from six different people and ordered to turn over any firearms in his possession. In April 2004 he was found guilty of seven counts and sentenced to six months in jail and three years probation. For his current stupidity, Sizemore faces up to a year in jail and face a maximum $2,000 fine.

“he was found guilty of seven counts and sentenced to six months in jail and three years probation. For his current stupidity, Sizemore faces up to a year in jail and face a maximum $2,000 fine.” ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHAT ?!?!? THATS IT ?!?!?!?! wow, the world is clearly falling apart when someone can be THIS abusive towards other human beings and only get what, a maximum of a year and 6 months in prison, 3 years probation and a fine of $2,000…i cant believe that he is still allowed to be on the streets or around other women! this is sickening, and it just proves how well the police and justice system “PROTECT” the innocent.

  2. Nancy • August 27, 2009 @ 2:49 PM

Exactly mandee. And then people wonder why there is so much abuse. Well, when there is practically NO punishment for it, why should people stop, right?

  3. Adrian Cook • August 27, 2009 @ 3:05 PM

Give him the same level of media exposure and punishment dealt out in the Rhiana incident to Chris Brown… This type of behaviour should be eradicated like a cancer to society. I despise these pukes.

  4. Nancy • August 27, 2009 @ 3:19 PM

Maybe they should put him in a female prison….and see who abuses who.

  5. mandee • August 27, 2009 @ 4:43 PM

i am still really really mad about all of this, and disappointed with the way the law is working. its showing the victims that there IS no way to get out and be safe because they will let their abuser out to abuse them and other women within such a short time. clearly, he didnt learn anything from the “six months in jail and three years probation” he earned for the first SEVEN COUNTS. thats not even a MONTH for EACH count of abuse! i wonder if he would get more if it was the judges daughter, or one of the jurors daughters that he abused? or does this law extend to ANYONE this guy beats? well yanno, i can beat you and torment you and all ill get is about a month for each count so, i might as well make it good. sick.

First of all dont blame the police, all they do is lay the information before the courts. What other charge/punishment do you expect?

  7. mandee • August 27, 2009 @ 9:11 PM

“What other charge/punishment do you expect?” well, for starters, at the very LEAST maybe a YEAR for each offense. (id say more, but i said, AT THE VERY LEAST) i would EXPECT court mandated therapy, anger management classes, years in prison, id like him to have to watch movies based on abuse so he could see what he was EMOTIONALLY doing to these women that he is abusing. im sure there are a LOT of things that others think should happen as well. and if none of this works *which it looks like none of it will* i think they should cut off his hands, then he wouldnt be able to lay them on another woman in anger or in a violent abusive way. as far as im concerned, you sound like you dont care if women are abused, so perhaps you know first hand what its like to abuse someone in a fit of rage?

  8. gypsy • August 27, 2009 @ 9:11 PM

After this many charges I believe the bas###d should get 5yrs minimum and have to take anger management courses the entire time. Then if he’s still violent in jail, another deuce added on his sentence. No parole at all.I’ve heard of thief’s who get caught stealing food from grocery store get 3yrs,THAT’S WHY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUCKS.There is no justice for the victim in this so called society.

  9. mandee • August 27, 2009 @ 9:12 PM

i meant in prison, a year in prison AT LEAST for each offense, not less than one month each.

  10. Dan • August 28, 2009 @ 1:00 AM

I study the justice system in Canada and i am well aware of the faults and the things people get away with. I know this is from the states but i was just saying im not surprised by it. I dont agree with what Tom did im just saying im not shocked by his penalties. It does not say he caused serious phyiscal/mental harm which is life alrtering to the victim which is why his sentence isint greater. I am not disputing in Tom’s favour, those are just the facts i can see. And to answer the last part of your rant, i do care and no i have not abused a women nor will I which is why i am studying law enforcement. Never jump the gun like that on someone.

  11. April • August 28, 2009 @ 3:26 AM

AGAIN!! Everytime Tom is in the news, it is because he’s beaten up another woman!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on HIM!! Will this man ever learn, NO, why, BECAUSE THEY KEEP LETTING HIM OUT OF JAIL, THAT’S WHY!! Let him rot in prison for a few years AT LEAST and then PERHAPS after some anger management courses and a court order to stay away from women (if that is even possible, LOL) for another year when he gets out, then MAYBE (NOT, LOL) he’ll see what a jacka@& he’s being to the female population!!

  12. gypsy • August 28, 2009 @ 7:32 AM

Dan I believe anytime there is physical abuse it goes hand in hand with the victims suffering mental abuse as well.I’ve seen it many time’s in my life and have personally experienced it more time’s than I care to remember. I know for a fact that cop’s wife’s are abused physically and mentally many time’s throughout their marriage, but they tend to keep it quiet. The wife turns to alcohol to ease their inner pain as they are ashamed to admit what their husband is doing to them. They also do this to protect the children and of course their cop husband. It’s called the fear factor,so many cop’s bring their job’s home with them and end up taking it out on their wife’s.They, As do ALL WOMAN who are abused suppress their emotion’s deep inside and start to blame themselves instead of the abuser’s.Any type of abuse be it physical or mental is life altering, that is why men get such a light sentence. What the court’s don’t see such as (bruises, broken bone’s,blackened eye’s) they don’t take into consideration when handing out a sentence and that’s why our justice system fails, as they don’t take into consideration the inner, emotional turmoil that a woman suffers from any type of abuse.I have a question for you, are you intending to go into law enforcement? If it’s to personal, you don’t need to answer I’m just curious.I believe more woman should get into the judicial field and also the political aspect of our country, maybe then the system will change for the better!!!!!

  13. Kim • August 28, 2009 @ 8:34 AM

Dont worry everyone…if the averago “Joe” aka-non-Hollywood type does this, they would be in jail for 2 years for eacch count, and several years worth of probation. Rhiana and Chris Browns situation is even worse, he beat her for years, and now spends his days being photographed with his friends on the Golf Course, and out on the town surrounded by adoring women. In this case Chris Brown could get any woman that he wants any hour of the day, any day of the year. Until women themselves get together and start avoiding guys that do this is will continue, no matter what the charges are. Womenkind will always let each other down, as long as money, a big house, and a pretty car are involved.

So many of you are so quick to judge. I think it is generally agreed that Tom Sizemore has some significant issues. But I don’t know all the facts in all the cases in which he was charged, so I am not going to assume that every charge of “abuse” involved “beating up” a woman. The definitions of charges are so broad that a particular instance could be relatively minor. I, like Dan, am not rationalizing what he did — I’m just saying don’t judge so harshly in a particular case when you don’t know the facts.

There is an article in the Toronto Star today about Ontario’s “zero tolerance” policy regarding abuse, and how it is used by husbands and wives going through divorce to hurt their spouse, and that it is now recognized by many that there should be some discretion in the laying of charges since the system itself is being abused for personal gain.

In general, the media highlights stories of “how the system failed”, and unfortunately it gives the impression that the system itself is a failure. It rarely is reported on how many times the system in fact works. Yes, sometimes wrong decisions may be made by judges and juries, but it is so easy to have 20/20 hindsight.

It truly scares me when people say things like “I think they should cut off his hands”. That certainly wouldn’t stop anyone physically harming another person — in fact, it would probably make them want to hurt someone even more, for the revenge. No hands, then he could still hit with an arm. So, cut off his arms too. Then he could kick — so cut off his legs. Then he could bite — make him wear a muzzle. He could say hurtful things — cut off his tongue. At what point does it become absurd? Or maybe we should throw anyone in jail forever who ever commits a crime, just in case they might do it again and hurt someone. At what point does it become absurd?

Incarceration, in and of itself, will not “cure” most people of what general society deems to be inappropriate behaviour. In the case of Sizemore, and probably most offenders, some type of therapy is needed. Again, it won’t help everyone, but it does have a better chance than incarceration or physical punishment.

It is also interesting to see some additional information come out from the Brown/Rihanna case, in which they apparently had an argument previously in which he broke windows in a car, and on the night of the famous incident, she was the first to get “physical” by hitting the dashboard of the car, and when Brown told her to get out of the car (perhaps seeing things could get worse?) she refused. Not to say she deserved what happened, but she made some choices also.

My point is don’t condemn an entire judicial system based on a few anecdotal stories. And don’t make assumptions about whether a sentence is “right” or “wrong” without knowing all the facts of the particular case. Just because the Crown brings a charge, they aren’t necessarily right. Miscarriages of justice go the other way too — remember Steven Truscott, David Milgaard, and others.

It is the judge and jury we entrust to consider ALL circumstances and hopefully make an informed decision that balances the safety of society and helping the accused. Unfortunately it is not a science, and mistakes are made.

  15. mandee • August 28, 2009 @ 10:38 AM

dan, sorry about that. i get testy when it sounds to me like someone is defending the abuser. and, ANY form of abuse is life and mentally altering.

gypsy and kim, i agree completely.

cutting off his hands so he cant BEAT a woman WOULD help the problem. if he hits someone with his arm it wouldnt hurt nearly as bad or break bones early as easily as if he used his fists. also, then everyone would KNOW what he did to get them cut off, or they would be asking him what happened and he would have to live the rest of his life knowing that he is now unable to do simple tasks in life himself BECAUSE he was so abusive to so many women. do you think women dont get soo terrified of others after being abused that they are afraid to leave their homes, date, trust? he should have to suffer for making those women suffer. also, about you saying you dont know what he did for those counts and it could be anything, you are contradicting yourself because in the same comment you are going on about how there is a no tolerance with the police for abuse and how they are making it harder to be charged with it now because people use it even when it didnt happen. so, using your logic, it would be safe to assume that he DID abuse all these women, dont you agree? “she was the first to get physical by hitting the dashboard of the car” you sure hit the nail on the head with that comment. she hit the DASHBOARD OF THE CAR, rihanna didnt beat CHRIS to a pulp, she HIT THE CAR. “My point is dont condemn an entire judicial system based on a few anecdotal stories.” a few huh? if they even let ONE abuser off home free (which they have here and with chris brown) then they ARE failing the public and failing to keep people safe. they arent helping the victims at all, which is what the police and judges and juries are supposed to be doing. how can you heal when you know the man that ruined your life (by abusing you and causing you mental anguish) is walking free on the street and you can run into him any day of the week and NO ONE is going to help you?

  16. Nancy • August 28, 2009 @ 1:40 PM

Nah mandee, if they cut his (and others) hands off, then us taxpayers would all have to pay for him forever because he wouldn’t be able to work, LOL. I think they should send him to a tattoo shop to have “woman beater” tattooed all over his face, that way all women who have any contact with him will know exactly what he is and then be given a choice as to whether they want any involvement with him. Look at the photo above…he’s a nasty looking little creature. I think the tattoos on his face could make a cosmetic improvement, haha.

RE: Cutting off hands – Very likely would exacerbate the situation. Take a look into the data regarding male serial rapists who get castrated, or completely turned into eunichs. They go bat-$hit crazy. Homeboy’d just throw a hook on that stump and go to town.

RE: Aggressor psych damage – This stuff usually does go both ways. The mysogynistic aggression is evidence of some kind of damage, and he’s definitely in pain as well as his victim. He NEEDS to be dealt with, and absolutely should own his crime. But most likely, he’s already in worlds of internal pain, and if that pain was properly addressed and he wanted to excise it, it would be best for everyone.

I also agree with just about everything “burst” said.

  20. Dan • August 29, 2009 @ 1:27 AM

Gypsy. your right it is life altering for sure. and i am going into law enforcement yeah. And mandee, this may sound weird but i agree with you on the cutting off with the hands. Thats the way they do it in saudi arabia and as inhumane as it sounds, they have a close to none crime rate. You can drop your wallet on the street and leave it there and pick it up a day later. I wish we could do that here…

  21. mandee • August 29, 2009 @ 3:22 AM

“Homeboyd just throw a hook on that stump and go to town.” LMAO !!!

and dan, yes i know! just like the countries that say if you rape and murder someones daughter or other family member, the family thats left gets to pick from your family who they want and get to do whatever they want to them. i think if thats the way the law was set, there would be less rape, kidnapping, murder and abuse! imagine you are a rapist and you have a wife and kids and you rape someones daughter and then her dad or whoever gets the choice from YOUR FAMILY who he can hurt, how many do you think would risk that he may choose their mother or their own offspring just so that they can rape or murder etc an innocent?

    Mary on August 28, 2009 2:19 PM:

Mary, I do remember Nicole (Brown) Simpson, and that was, I believe, the wrong verdict. But that is not the system’s fault. I also remember Ron Goldman, which was equally as tragic. I don’t believe that what happened to him was any less wrong than what happened to her. If he was found guilty of those murders, should his sentence have been harsher for her Nicole’s murder than Ron’s? I believe that violence towards another should be treated the same, regardless of whether the person is a girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse or a friend or a stranger, but there are others (including some who contribute comments to this site) who believe it is okay to use physical violence on others “to put them in their place” if they hurt someone’s feelings. (For example, when Sharon Osborne hit someone because she didn’t like something she said.) I believe the laws in requiring charges for domestic abuse and allowing less discretion is not because a domestic partner has a right to greater safety than a non-spouse, but because there is more fear in those cases so the onus for pursuing a case is taken off the victim and forced upon the police. But just because the laws are written that way doesn’t mean that I should be more open to violence from a non-spouse than a spouse.

    To Mandy August 29, 2009 3:22 AM

I don’t really want to “pick on” a particular comment, but your idea of allowing a victim’s family to seek revenge on a relative of a perpetrator is truly horrific. At one time a wife was considered the property of a husband and he was pretty much free to do what he wanted with her. This in most modern societies is considered wrong. Yet you think it is okay for a relative of a criminal to be used as his property by a victim as “payment” for the crime? Have you actually thought this through? Are you willing to take a chance that none of your relatives, who you have no control over, won’t put your life at risk in such a situation? And even if you personally do trust your family with that, you are willing to put other innocent people in other families at risk? Did you actually think about what you were proposing?

(And by the way Mandy, I may not have been clear in my original post regarding the article I was referring to. The suggestion was that there is evidence that because there is a zero tolerance policy in laying domestic abuse charges, some spouses in marital breakdowns may be using that to basically “cry wolf” knowing that there will be repercussions to their husband or wife who may not have done something that in ordinary circumstances would not warrant charges.)

My general point is that the world is not black and white, as some people would like to see it. Each case has its own circumstances, and how the guilty party is treated should be predicated not only on punishment, but changing future behaviour. The general tenet of modern society’s criminal justice system is it is better to let 10 guilty people go free than have one innocent person be found guilty. It seems that some people would rather see 10 innocent people jailed than let one guilty person go free. I am glad I don’t live in a society where the laws are like that.

Actually, I think most people would rather just reverse it…being, some people would rather see 1 innocent person jailed than let 10 guilty people go free. It seems there are more guilty who walk the streets than innocent, and that is NOT right.

yes, i DID think through my theory about using the victims family. if someone raped and murdered my daughter, i would want to be able to choose who i take my anger out on. i personally would ONLY choose the person that did it to my child, but the mere horrific THOUGHT of someone else murdering or raping YOUR CHILD would usually be ENOUGH to make the criminals in the world think twice about harming someone elses baby/child/mother/sister/brother/father etc. are you telling me if you knew the LAW STATED that if you raped my child (hypothetically speaking of course…im not calling YOU a rapist by any means) that i could choose out of your wife, kids, parents, brothers, sisters etc on who **I** was allowed to rape or torture that youd STILL rape someones child? or would you fear too much for your beloved families lives to put them at such a risk just to get a little bit of sexual gratification?

  26. gypsy • August 31, 2009 @ 12:04 PM

Mandee I think if these monster’s are willing to go that far, they are beyond thinking about their own family member’s,as proven in the Bernardo-Homolka case.Homolka gave her own sister to Bernardo as a gift and they both ended up killing her.How and why they got away with it still baffles me.If the police had done their job’s properly to begin with, there would have been no deal made with immunity to Homolka to testify against her husband, in regards to her own sister’s death. If the police had really done their job’s right they would of had him on the Scarborough serial rapist case’s which would have saved the girl’s that were killed,as he would have been in jail and not on the street’s, to further perpetrate his and Karla’s evil crime’s.I’ve seen how the cop’s toss a home looking for drug’s etc. how they missed finding those Tell All Tape’s is beyond my comprehension. The cop’s really f##ked up on this case, BIG TIME in my opinion. These people with sick mind’s don’t give a s##t about their own family member’s at all, and society will look down at their family and wonder how they brought such evil children into the world, and new nothing of their kid’s sick mind’s as they were growing up.THEIR family’s name’s will carry the stigma of their adult children’s crime’s forever.

  27. tributegirl • August 31, 2009 @ 7:49 PM

Totally agreed gypsy. Btw, did you know Karla is now married, living in the Bahama’s or somewhere, and has a child of her own now? Sick, she should never have been freed, deal or no deal, esp after what they found on those tapes, that should have been an instant deal breaker.

  28. Nancy • August 31, 2009 @ 8:25 PM

Carla Homolka was “free” even when she wasn’t. Did you see the nice life she had on the inside? Then they sent her to that camp-like place in Montreal. They should have ripped her ovaries out through her mouth!

  29. gypsy • August 31, 2009 @ 9:36 PM

I personally think she killed the girl’s when Bernardo went to work!Homolka was left alone with them, way to long and had every opportunity to set them free!!Her claims of being afraid of her husband and couldn’t help those girl’s just doesn’t sound plausible to me,as she could of left him at the same time she let the victim’s go,and went straight to the police. Makes ya wonder after her sister’s death, why she would marry him knowing he was a sicko rape hound, unless she was more evil than him??If that’s possible!!!!T.G. if I was the cop’s I’d be watching her every move especially if any girl’s are reported missing.Nancy I tried 4 time’s to comment on the wench’s bringing your kid’s into the mix but all 4 were deleted. I don’t know why cuz I left out my colourful language after the third one was taken off.I know this is not a good place to leave message to ya,just want you to know I’m backing you all the way!!!This will probably get deleted also but I had to give it a shot!!!!!!!!

  30. gypsy • August 31, 2009 @ 11:04 PM

Tributegirl I believe she should of been sterilized in the joint so she couldn’t have any kid’s.As for the tape’s without them they had a piss poor case, that’s why they made a deal, she made it look like it was all her old man’s fault. It was after the deal was made, that she told them what happened to her sister,so they couldn’t prosecute her for her sister’s death.POOR POLICE WORK and a good lawyer are basically the reason’s why she got such a light sentence.I personally know her lawyer,I kinda went out with him 30 plus year’s ago after a couple of date’s I realized he was a conniving S.O.B. SILVER TONGUE BUT DARK HEART.Did you know he has a adopted son from first marriage, that killed his girlfriend behind a public school here.I believe he was in his early teens when he killed her,George made a deal with the cop’s and he only got 10 year’s no parole George called in alot of favour’s owed to him to pull that shit off. This happened after the Bernardo-Holmoka shit went down.He traded in alot of bodies to the cop’s during both case’s.He was a well respected lawyer back in those day’s but not anymore!!!DIRTY LAWYERS-DIRTY COP’S I guess that say’s it all!!!or Money talks Bullshit walks EITHER WAY BOTH THE SAME IN MY BOOK’S!!

  31. mandee • September 1, 2009 @ 6:24 PM

Were you seen by a few different suregeons as I can’t see that you would have so quickly as it takes awhile to get in to see specialists? PLEASE tell me you did and that the majority said that you needed what you are having????? And listen to gypsy when she says NOT to do what the doctor tells you NOT TO DO!! That could easily jeopardize your complete surgery and since you’ll be cut open, the incision could open up if you even try and lift anything at all, hence the taking off 2 weeks of work, LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR, THEY KNOW (most of the time anyways, MINE DIDN’T, but post op care is VERY IMPORTANT!!)

gypsy, they do that procedure in Canada too, the one with the sound waves. It breaks up the stones so they will pass easier, but the patient is still in a lot of pain until they all finally pass, but like mandee said, they come back most times.
Mandee, I assume they are going to remove it with the scope? It’s a lot easier and the recovery time is a lot better. Sometimes it doesn’t go well and they have to do it the old fashioned way, my mother had to go through that, but it still wasn’t that bad.
Also, you might still have some pain afterwards, some people say it didn’t work, but what actually happens is one or two (or however many) stones had actually started to pass and are in the ducts, so they don’t come out with the gallbladder, so for those ones you just have to wait for them to pass. Ultrasound usually shows them, so if you still have the same pain some time after, get them to check for that.
And please be careful with what you do! Don’t be lifting, you shouldn’t drive for awhile, get lots of rest, and drink lots of water.

thanks. and yes, it will be the one with the scope, its only 4 little cuts. she said she will do one and go in with a camera and look around and if she doesnt like the way my anatomy is (say my gallbladder has attached itsself to my liver or something) then they will do a diagonal cut by my ribs and take it out the normal way and i will be in the hospital for 3-5 days. she didnt leave any questions for me to ask, she explained everything and drew diagrams and stuff and i only had to wait for 2 mins to see her. man, im sick right now so im hoping that clears up before then *not sure they will operate if youre sick?* the reason i say i hope it clears up by then is usually when i get sick its something small that is actually something BAD and it lasts 3-4 months lol. last time i was sick was the end of august LAST YEAR and it started out the way this one has and then i ended up with a severe throat infection and bronchitis. this time though, the sore throat was only for yesterday and its already passed and now i just feel gross in my head and have a really runny stuffy nose, so maybe this one will pass quickly. btw, how are you? (tg, nancy, april and gypsy!)

Yeah, if you are sick, they probably will want to reschedule, so if your sore throat (or any other bad symptoms) come back, go to your doctor to be checked, in case it’s something that needs medication. Take your vitamins! One thing that’s good for a sore throat is to gargle warm salt water, but some people have trouble with that, if they swallow it they often throw up, so if you try it, be careful not to swallow it. Another good thing for a sore throat is to suck on hard candy, it kind of coats the throat, which helps, believe it or not.

Oh yeah! And to answer your question, you asked how Nancy, gypsy, April and I are! I’m not too bad, last Saturday I woke at about 3am with extreme pain in my ears, and sinus pain, still have it off and on. I have an inner ear disturbance which causes this same pain, so I think that’s all that is, and with the sinuses I’m pretty sure it’s the change in the temperature, happens every year, like clockwork. Still going to work & doing everything I have to do, it’s not slowing me down any, thank goodness!
Kids are doing great, all back in school and happy with their teachers/classes, baseball’s over but hockey is starting, lots still going on with them, they keep me running, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

  46. mandee • September 6, 2009 @ 12:12 AM

thanks you 2. im glad things are good with the kids tributegirl! sorry to hear about your ears and sinus pain! my sickness has changed some, REALLY stuffy (to the point i cant breathe in AT ALL through my nose), coughing every few minutes, REALLY runny nose and im pulling muscles in my chest and stuff from coughing. my throat is only just starting to get sore again from the coughing. i cant taste ANYTHING. im going to have to try some of those hard candies, salt water and neo-citran solutions! i dont want to postpone anything, and i also dont want any of the babies to get this. 🙁 misty is about to go back to school (next week!) shes not very happy about it, she hates school lol. hope you feel better soon tg ! take care.

Mandee They won’t do the surgery if your sick as it could cause complications with the anesthetic. I know it’s the long weekend but if I were you I’d see a doc .A.S.A.P.You don’t want to suffer any longer than necessary,do you have a clinic in your area cuz if you do you should go,you may need antibiotic’s to get better and you don’t need to put off the surgery any longer, you’ve definitely suffered long enough!!!T.G. I hope your feeling better soon!!Glad to hear the family are all doing well, gotta say I sure don’t miss those hectic back to school day’s.I have to admit the kid’s problem’s are much more complicated, now that their older!!I haven’t been feeling well lately either sore throat, wheezing in chest, body aching and I think I got another kidney stone, I had a couple 5 month’s ago and got the same symptoms again.I’ll be going to the clinic in 6 hour’s from now,I can’t fool around with throat and chest cuz of my heart,I definitely need antibiotic’s,I’ll just have to put up with the kidney pain’s as they don’t do anything for them ,except tell ya to drink plenty of water so they pass faster.I’m gonna go put a movie on,so I’ll say goodnight to all,GOD BLESS.

gypsy, i agree i cant go without surgery, ive been having the gallbladder symptoms for about a year and a half to 2 years now. cant deal with them anymore! i might head up to the clinic after supper to get checked out because i NEED to be healthy to go for surgery. ill let you know if any were open! good luck with your sickness and kidney, how do you get kidney stones?

  49. Nancy • September 6, 2009 @ 6:02 PM

Yes mandee, very bad idea to go through with surgery if you will be coughing afterwards as you will rupture it. Then you’ll be taking time off work for sure! Same as if you lift any of those babies. Don’t be fooled, I know they are small but I bet your Dr. will tell you not to lift anything more than 5 lbs. As for me…looks like I’m the healthiest one of the bunch!! Other than migraines, I’m doing pretty well thanks. Now I need to go find something made of “real” wood so I can knock on it, hahaha.
