Tori Spelling's husband has checked into rehab. Dean McDermott, 47, who has four children, Liam, six, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and 15-month-old Finn with the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress, confirmed he is seeking treatment to address some personal issues, just one month after he was accused of having an affair with a woman at a hotel in Toronto, Ontario. The Chopped Canada host told People.com: ''I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment centre to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves.''
The actor is receiving intense treatment but is allowed to leave the facility to visit his children at home in Los Angeles. A source close to the couple said: ''Their priority right now is their children.'' Along with infidelity rumors, Tori and Dean, who were married in 2006 after they began having an affair while he was still married to TV host Mary Jo Eustace, have had financial troubles recently, and the 40-year-old actress is said to be privately ''devastated.'' An insider previously said: ''I don't think she even knows what she's going to do right now. But no matter what, she's staying strong for her kids. She's all about her family. She worships those kids. I don't know if she's strong enough to leave him right now with everything she's going through and four young kids. She could stay with him or not. God only knows.''

How did they meet and get together again?
Let me get this straight… She started an affair with a married “3rd rate” actor who undoubtedly was charmed with the idea of the Spelling empire, get married, essentially is disowned by her father and his money (he dies) with the empire controlled by the mother (not the best relationship), live in utter opulence (she grew up like that and will not compromise) but empties bank account, start reality show…show ends, after four kids and he gets a cooking show hosting gig (the acting skills sure paid off eh?) and living alone up in Toronto (too cold for the family) he sneaks around with another girl. Look shocked and amazed… On principle she should divorce him and soak him for all that he is worth. So……that should be right around nothing. Nothing but debt lol. These two deserve each other. She is a marriage wrecker and he is a gold digger.
I think Tori should stay with Dean. Dean just made a mistake and he really loves Tori very much. Tori should give him a chance. She just had her baby last year.
