T.R. Knight off Grey’s Anatomy?

T.R. KnightT.R. Knight, who plays the lovable Dr. George O’Malley on Grey’s Anatomy, isn’t sure whether he’s returning to the show next season. “I literally don’t know,” he told People magazine. “It would be nice to know if I’m supposed to report back soon.” In the series finale this season, O’Malley failed his intern test and left the hospital with his career in question, causing fans to fear he won’t be back.

That would be a shame…his character is part of what makes the show. Wouldn’t be right not bringing him back after the fiasco that occured this season. I like George and admire T.R. Knight.

I think George is an integral piece to the Grey’s puzzle that makes it so interesting. It really would be a shame not to bring him back. His character is different and interesting, more human than alot of other character on TV.

I think networks are getting rid of characters just for the shock of it. I think they’re getting rid of the reasons I watch the shows. There’s a certain investment you have in a character watching them week after week, and its annoying to see them dismissed so lightly.

That is a shame if he doesn’t return, I like
the character George, he is everyone’s shoulder
to talk to to,he is a caring friend and now things
are getting better with his storyline where he is
between his wife and another woman, it is so good!,don’t get rid of him.

I think George leaving would be like the oilers trading Ryan Smith. It cost them so much.

George is the glue for all the other interns. It would be a great shame to see him leave. Hopefully T.R. will be brought back for the fall. Grey’s Anatomy is my new addiction, oh and facebook too. ER almost seems like it’s going downhill because most of the characters from the beginning have pretty much all left. With the exception of a few from season 2 or 3 which are still on.

Getting rid of TR Knight is simply allowing the show to “jump the shark”. With such a brilliant show, why would this be allowed to just happen?? Why? Why?

Letting T. R. Knight go would be a major mistake. Not only is he one of the most non-self-centered, down-to-earth characters, to me, he has proven to be a bigger force than Patrick Dempsey. I tune in to see “George” and there is so much they could do with his character and the current situation between him, Izzy & Cali.
