Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox battle alien bots once again to save the universe from destruction

The battle for Earth has been won. Now it’s time for the battle of the universe to begin. Executive producer Steven Spielberg and director Michael Bay are back for the second installment of the Transformers franchise, which is set to be more thrilling than the first. “It’s just going to be a badass movie,” Megan Fox, who also happens to be 2008’s “Sexiest Woman In The World” according to FHM magazine, recently told MTV. “It’s going to be a popcorn-visual-spectacle, summer film.”

In Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) finds himself the main target of the Decepticons, who return to Earth on a mission to kidnap him to extract vital information. It seems that Sam has some valuable secret knowledge about the ancient pyramids in Egypt, where hieroglyphics eerily resemble the Transformer bots themselves.

Also returning to the action is Josh Duhamel (who became a newlywed, to singer Fergie, just a few weeks ago) as well as Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro and, of course, super-director Michael Bay, who lends his talents once again behind the camera. “I’m very confident in the movie,” he recently revealed at ShoWest in Las Vegas. “It’s way different, it’s epic in its scale…the robot technology is far more advanced than it was for the first movie.”
