The final official trailer for Wonder Woman was unveiled during last night’s MTV Movie and TV Awards ceremony, and it further confirms what fans are expecting — the epic origins of one of the greatest superheroines!
In the official trailer we see scenes of Princess Diana (Gal Gadot) as a young girl flash between scenes of her as a woman fighting like the warrior she is. Although she was told as a child that mankind doesn’t deserve her, she will be needed, regardless, when an American soldier (Chris Pine) crashes onto her home of Paradise Island. He tells her Dr. Poison is threatening the world and it is then she decides she must leave her home and save the world she was sworn to protect. Disguised as Diana Prince, she travels to England to do battle against those who would mean her world harm, and fights to finish the war that could destroy mankind.
