The Confessions of Frannie Langton – Frannie Langton (Karla-Simone Spence) is brought from her native Jamaica to London in 1826 to work as a servant for George Benham (Stephen Campbell Moore) and his family. She soon discovers a kindred spirit in Benham’s wife, Madame Marguerite Benham (Sophie Cookson) and the two form a bond. When Benham and Madame are found murdered, Frannie is suspected. Debuts March 8 on BritBox.

Karla-Simone Spence, who stars as Frannie Langton and Sara Collins, who wrote the novel and adapted it for the series, talk about The Confessions of Frannie Langton.

Patrick Martins, who plays Laddie, a Black man who was taken away from his mother at a young age to be raised by a French woman in London in The Confessions of Frannie Langton, discusses his character’s secret motivation and his hidden emotion as he meets Frannie and discovers her predicament.

You: Season 4 Part 2 – Starting fresh in London, Joe vows to bury the past and turn over a new leaf. He takes a job as an English professor, but soon finds himself involved in a dangerous game with a group of wealthy, entitled friends, including one who puts him in danger. Debuts March 9 on Netflix.

School Spirits – Maddie (Peyton List) discovers she’s trapped in afterlife limbo at her high school. She’s been missing several days, and searches for her have not yet turned up a body. As Maddie tries remember what happened and how she got there, her friends try to find out what happened. Debuts March 9 on Paramount+ with three episodes, then new episodes weekly on Thursdays.

Luther: The Fallen Sun – A gruesome serial killer is terrorizing London while brilliant but disgraced detective John Luther (Idris Elba) sits behind bars. Haunted by his failure to capture the cyber psychopath who now taunts him, Luther decides to break out of prison to finish the job by any means necessary. Debuts March 10 on Netflix.

Women Talking – In 2010, when the women of an isolated religious community discover who has been drugging and attacking them at night, they’re given an ultimatum. Forgive the attackers or leave. When the men take the accused to the local authorities, the women don’t know if the attackers will be imprisoned, or for how long. They get together to vote on whether to stay and forgive their attackers, stay and fight, or leave. Available March 7 on DVD and Blu-ray. Click here to read our review.

She also reveals some of the behind-the-scenes movie magic that you’ll see in the film.
