Netflix has an assortment of new and intriguing content for you to enjoy this August. From new seasons of the popular hit series The Umbrella Academy, Emily in Paris and Unstable, to the action/comedy film The Union starring Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry, there’s something for everyone. A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder – August 1
Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell (India Lillie Davies) was murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh (Rahul Pattni). Case closed. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it. But Pip Fitz-Amobi (Emma Myers) isn’t so sure and she’s determined to prove it. And if Sal Singh isn’t a murderer and the real killer is still out there, how far will they go to keep Pip from the truth?

A mysterious association known as The Keepers holds clandestine meetings believing the reality they’re living in is a lie and a great reckoning is coming. The Deliverance – August 30
Ebony Jackson (Andra Day), a struggling single mother fighting her personal demons, moves her family into a new home for a fresh start.
