The Anchorman is back! Everyone’s favorite news personality is set to hit the big screen again in the upcoming sequel to Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Comedian Will Ferrell made a surprise appearance this week on Conan O’Brien’s late-night show, dressed as his famed character, Ron Burgundy. In character, Ferrell told the audience that Paramount Pictures has agreed to a sequel of the 2004 hit comedy. “I came on this show to announce to everyone here in the Americas, to our friends in Spain, Turkey and the UK — including England — that, as of 0900 Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman.” Co-stars Paul Rudd and Steve Carell are also set to return in the new movie, along with director Adam McKay and producer Judd Apatow. ~Kayla Thompson
