Star Trek ship captain actor William Shatner, 81, is being sued for harassment. Oscar Alfaro and his wife Delmy have recently filed a lawsuit against the Canadian in L.A Superior Court, alleging that T.J. Hooker himself harassed them. According to Oscar, he was Shatner’s handyman, with his wife stating that she was his housekeeper. After sustaining an injury on the job, Oscar claims Shatner wanted him to sign an injury waiver form, freeing Shatner from any financial responsibility. When Oscar refused, both he and his wife suffered mental anguish, including humiliation and embarrassment at the hands of Shatner. This also lead the couple to quit their jobs, resulting in a loss of earnings. The two had worked for Shatner for 20 years, according to TMZ.com, and are suing their former employer for an undisclosed amount. ~Morgan Bates
