Zac Efron, who put on approximately 20 pounds for his role as a U.S. Marine in the film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ novel The Lucky One, has signed on for a diet delivery service in order to lose weight. The 23-year-old actor was seen carrying a Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) Foods cooler bag as he left a Hollywood studio. Z.E.N. is a diet delivery service that provides a freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a snack and dessert for U.S. $50.45 a day. The daily calorie count for male customers is 1,800 on the weight loss plan and 2,000 on the classic program. What do you think? Does Zac — pictured at left at the Golden Globes earlier this month and at right last July — look better with a few extra pounds? Or does he really need to lose the extra weight?
