Abrams’ Star Trek reboot, will join Fan Expo regular and original Star Trek alum, George Takei. They are among the 12 newly announced guests, which include World War Z author Max Brooks, Beverly Hills: 90210‘s Jason Priestly, Futurama‘s Katey Segal and rock star Alice Cooper. Previously announced guests include Castle‘s Nathan Fillion, Game of Thrones‘s Lena Headey, Homeland‘s Morena Baccarin and Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee. Zachary Quinto was awesome, got to meet him which was great and loved the Q&A. Do have to say however that he was the draw for this ST fan and although I have a great deal of respect for Carrie Fisher can’t say that she was one of the reasons that I attended in spite of the articles claim that both would be of interest to Trek fans.

Fan Expo 2013 was definitely nerdvana and I cant wait for next year 🙂 🙂
