CHRISTOPHE GANS Date of Birth: March 11, 1960 Born in Antibes, France, Gans made Super-8 martial arts films as a teenager. In the late 1970s, he published a fanzine called Rhesus Zero, sharing his passion for sci-fi, kung fu and other genre films. In 1980, Gans studied at the French cinema school Idhec (Institut des Hautes Etudes Cinematopraphiques) and directed a short film called Silver Slime (1981), which was well received at the 1982 Paris Festival.
