NIELS MUELLER Date of Birth: c. 1961 Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Niels Mueller was studying at Tufts University when he met Gary Winnick. Mueller was writing stories that he wanted to turn into short films, and he asked Winnick to act in one.
