The official trailer for The Glass Castle begins with a man (Woody Harrelson) telling his daughter about the stars being hidden by pollution from those who live in cities. We see he is the head of a nomadic family living outdoors, away from bright lights and bustling streets. But we soon learn that not all his children were happy with the life he chose for them, as one of them (Brie Larson) struggles to reconcile her family's life with her own desire to live in the city.
The Glass Castle opens in select cities August 11, 2017.
