Cassie (Victoria Justice) goes against her friend’s wishes and insists on going partying for her birthday. While she is out, she hits her head in the bathroom and dies. When Cassie wakes up, she is told by Val (Robyn Scott), her temporary guardian angel, that she is in the afterlife and she has five days to right her wrongs with people on Earth. Cassie accepts the challenge and to clear her conscience she visits old friends and family to help them become better versions of themselves.
