Yes, it was very scary but the story was vague. Need more info on understanding why he was having these visions and nightmares when he was a child. Needs sequal to explain.

it was the most terrible movie ever, the introduction was WAY TOO LONG, and the ending was so ridiculous, nth was explained, and the audience were left with a million question marks at the end.

By far the absolute worst "horror" movie I have ever seen. The movie lost my interest as soon as it began and never regained it. The story made no sense at all and was so boring I was wishing it would just end. When the end finally came I was even angrier at having spent my money on such an awful movie. That was the LAMEST ending you could possibly imagine. Like they decided to go with the worst idea thrown at them. Not at all scary and a huge waste of time!

I thought that it could have been scarier at the end...but considering the sad excuses for horror movies that they have put out lately...this one kills them all...good plot...good acting...good effects...great Barry Watson

Oh my goodness! This was the WORST movie I have ever seen!... just no good story line, not even funny, just plain bad. i wanted this movie to end five minutes into it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! THANK YOU

i think the movie the Boogeyman did not meet the expectations of many and the director Stephen Kay should be forced to give me my 8 dollars back i know it is not much money but it is the principle of the matter and that matter is the movie Boogeyman being horrible

my opinion -- the best part was when it finished. this was honestly the worst horror movie ive ever seen. it gave me no feeling of being scared, or even laughing. what a waste of those precious two hours of my life. definatly not worth the $7.49. i dont even think this movie should be able to be rented.. it sucked so much. and was so confusing! there was no plot! then the ending just ruined it all. came out of no where. what a waste of time.

Boogeyman, Hmmm, Bbbbboring, it was ok the first 10 minutes and then the movie just dragged throughout the rest. Some parts I even laughed at because as the movie went on the more stupid it was. When the boogeyman was finally revealed i thought he looked like Jim Carey in The Mask! But well each to their own I guess. I wouldnt recommend it though, maybe a renter if that.

Great movie! Everyone will see it differently but I found this movie VERY scarey and I don`t scare easily! My whole body was tense not knowing what to expect. Best horror movie I`ve seen in years!

Has some pretty scary parts in it but was kind of a boring movie..the boogyman was very fake.it was and ok movie but definately not the best,hide and seek was better.

Well it looks like Barry Watson has finally made his feature film debut and probably retirement with boogeyman. What a dreadful display of acting "talent"....Barry`s supporting cast wasn`t much better, except for maybe the boogey man himself. Alas, the storyline was non existent, the special effects piss poor and scare tactics pitiful.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.....You will eternally regret it if you do!!!

I really liked the movie BoogeyMan. I was the first in line to see it. I love movies like that and I think Berry Watson did a verry great job in this show. I can non belive some of the things some people have said. Berry Watson is a verry good Actor and I know he will allways will. I even love 7th Heaven. I wish I could meet him. I had waiting to see this movie. I know I will go see it again and probly a third time. I just love this movie I can not stop thinking about it. I keep saying to my self the BoogeyMan is cameing for you and adding other things to it. I better let you go.

This movie is a great date movie! boys, Take your little lady to this movie and you are guaranteed to have her clutching your arm tightly and burying her face into your shoulder. girls, Take the man to this and it will be a good excuse to get nice and close..lots of scary jumpy parts...decent plot for what the movie is. Definitely worth the money on a cheap night

this movie was reallly bad, barry watson is a terrible actor, this movie wasnt scary at all, the boogeyman was computerized and if they wanna compare this movie to a scary one they should compare it to Eddie Murpy`s Haunted Mansion...wow so disapointed, the best part of the movie was my popcorn

Pretty good movie...could have had a better ending. I wouldn`t reccomend paying full price to go and see it at the theatre. It`s definetly a renter or a cheap night movie!!
