Amazingly done! I didn't like the ending, it wasn't a fluid place to end the movie. But i'm still realy excited for the next movie!

ive read the entire book series & watched all the HP movies, this by far was the most exciting film. This adaptation is the hardest because it has to all tie in and there is so much involved in the story line to bring it all to an end. I agree with the 2 part filming and I hope that the 2nd part is just as exciting and have every confidence the directors and actors will tie in all the lose ends. I cannot wait.

Great movie. Glad that they are doing the last book in more than one movie because there was just too much in it for one movie. Great effects and action and I am looking forward to the next one!

The Harry Potter series of books and movies are my favorite possessions. This movie did not disappoint, except for having to wait for part 2. It was well acted, true to the book and a very good build-up to the finale. It reminded my of how much I will miss anticipating another movie.

My only frustration with this movie is that it seemed like one big set up for part 2 - new character introduction, background and then left everything up in the air.

Finally a HP movie that took the time to explore the characters. The previous movies had to pack in so much plot and action that people were just moved from one situation to the next. Generally a waste of so much acting talent. This one still had wonderful action scenes, and a great ending.

By far the darkest of the Harry Potter films. The effects are brilliant, and the adaptation from the novel is top notch. The film brings not only the characters but the environments and surroundings to life. Considerably more than a children's movie. A taut, and suspenseful film, which brings the intensity portrayed in the novel to life of the big screen. Gripping visual effects combined with stellar character portrayal, this film is truly one for the entire family. Could've been an hour shorter if they'd reduced a lot of the repetitive scenes but otherwise a fantastic installment of the Harry Potter franchise. Actors were awesome (even if Ron looked jacked up on steroids) and effects were noteworthy. Can't WAIT for the conclusion to be released.

I am a huge fan but was disappointed with this movie. I found it to be very long and not enough action. Too much time was wasted on unimportant details and events like at the old womans house. They should have focused more on actually finding the more of horcraxes.This movie lead me to believe that it was just another introduction to the next movie which will offer an amazing assortment of adventure but I'm not quite sure how it will all fit into the last and final episode.

I love the Harry Potter Series, but breaking the last book into two parts made this movie kind of dull, just when I was really starting to get into it, it ended! ** Make Sure you re-read the book before going or you'll be a bit confused the directors made some assumptions that to understand you need to have read the book!

Over the years I have become an avid "parent" follower of Harry Potter. This movie met all of my expectations and was equally appreciated by my children. I look forward to watching it again and again.

I've been a Harry Potter fan for YEARS, and was anxiously awaiting this latest installment... and it definitely didn't disappoint! I took my children, who have recently been introduced to the magic, and we all left the theatre counting the days until the last installment is released... rare is the series that can grasp and HOLD your excitment through this many movies! For the two and a halh hour long sit down, I felt they could've added almost every scene from the book in the film. It was still a great first part, and I wait for the second with great expectation.

Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Having read the book I understood the need to have two movies so as much action as possible could be included. I was very pleased with where the first half ended. The entire movie was done extremely well. Of course I cannot wait for the next one to hit the theatres!

Who hasn't become comfortable with the weird and unusual magic that fills the big screen giving us a glimpse into Harry's world? The series continues to challenge the movie goer into thinking they can guess what will happen next and this chapter continues to fill out thirst for Harry Potter's story. Although this book is back to the darker side of the series, it does end the movie leaving you salivating for the last piece! A strong 5 of 5 stars!
