everything about the movie was terrible. Who said the action was good? sure they pulled out their guns but no action.. i think there was more other GUNs action, if you know what i am saying.... really disappointed, the movie was just a hype that didn`t live up to it. THe story line was crap. simple.....

Disappointed, glossy and fun to look at, but the story was no better then your average weekly copy show. Mann can make even the silliest story look wonderful and pace it well, but in the end it was a flash and no depth.

what a disapoitment this movie was.Since when drug lords can travel so freely to Cuba, this was the most innacurate fact i have ever seen in a Hollywood movie, and that cuban -chinese character that was able to speak spanish. In the other hand this detective couple of Fox and Colin is so bad that with no chemistry at all. The movie in general is to me the worst grug/violonce movie I have ever see.

Was a big Miami Vice TV fan and enjoyed the movie.Lots of similarities to the TV show yet was it`s own movie.Thought both Colin Farrell&Jamie Foxx were great in it.

I think that it was enjoyable but i didnt like the ending and how there was too much of love scenes going on instead of action. As well, i thought that the action scene could of been better. The camera was bouncing around too much and the camera angles were too ackward to follow the entire scene.

Miami Vice was an action packed thriller from start to finish- not to be mistaken as a replica of the the original holding the same name- the film would appeal to othe young at heart who are enjoy high speed and constant action

i mean it was an ok movie..the story got a little bit confusing. But the camera was pretty good i thought, i liked how they sorta moved the camera to make it feel real. The only good scene was the final one, and man, that girl can`t even speak english, lol.

I was surprised that I enjoyed this movie so much. I saw it only because the movie that I originally wanted to see - Lady In The Water - had already started. I thought that Miami Vice the movie was better than the television show. The acting was much better, the characters were more realistic and Tubbs wasn`t just a pretty face in this movie - he was actually the brains of the outfit. And!!!!!the final shoot out scene was incredible the special effects and adrenaline rush was great!! I definitely recommend this movie.

Typical Michael Mann style with gritty filming and slick characters. Not what many people expected, but I think a good update of the 80`s version. (Let`s face it, the stories were never the high point!) Good entertainment value.

Did not enjoy this movie much at all. Thank goodness the popcorn was good. The plot jumped around too abruptly. There were some loose ends in the plot. And the acting. . .these guys are normally amazing actors but they weren`t on their game for this one! I mean, two Miami Dade police detectives are recruited into the FBI for probably one of the biggest, most dangerous "under-cover sting" of their lives and they`re not the least bit scared, concerned? Heck, I`ll even take stoked at this point. The movie was numb!
