The movie was pretty good, besides the end scene. It was almost as though the producers ran out of budget near the end. I did quite enjoy it!

the move is really good,the writer and producer did there homework,the story of the movie could happen and nicholas cage was really good i like what he stood for the movie as religion,witches,it is just a great story and the actors where very good.

Fantastic movie. Judging by the reviews, it wasn't for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed the action, acting, one-liners (hey, it's a Nick Cage movie, you can't expect it not to have them!) and the storyline in general. I went in with somewhat low expectations but was very impressed and entertained.

I'm sorry, I still love Mr. Cage but this movie was horrible! The effects were too obvious, the storyline was crap and the ending was just bad. The acting was okay but I'm sorry, I hardly ever give movies such a low rating but please don't see this movie.

The end ruined the movie. Good start. Great Middle. Horrible ending. The graphics where horrible. The story ending was bad. They should of really stuck to the story, and not change it last minute.

Very confusing. Looks like the screenwriter ran out of ideas and just started new plot threads as needed. Happens at least 3 times. Cage and Perlman unconvincing as 14th Century French Crusaders. They have both done better films. Might do okay on DVD or Syfy Channel or Space movies.

This movie was with a free pass, thank God, I would never have paid money to see it. Nic Cage should have stopped at "Faceoff"!

What happened to Nicholas Cage making great films like Con Air and The Rock? Why does he continually commit himself to making crap like this and the Sorcerer's Apprentice or Ghost Rider? And what writer doesn't realize that making a character say, "Boy, I can't wait to go home at the end of this adventure," means that everyone in the cinema knows they're going to die?

I wasn't a big fan of nicolas cage but after watching this movie I became one. I wouldn't normally see a movie about knights and witches but the writting was amazing and had me wondering until the end.

With only seeing the previews for this movie once and then going to see it, I have to say there was some predictability though the movie. Some comments you can see coming. For the Acting with Nic Cage, awesome of course. The Ending was unpredictable. And very much to my Liking :)

Overall good movie, but I think that they could have used a little more technologie to make the movie. The transitions between seens were to say, very much ordinairy. I did however like they way they show the history about the church and the very real way they think.

This movie was bad of course. But it was cheesy bad in a good way. If you like bad movies you should see this. It had lots of action and sword fights and an awesome Nic Cage hair piece!

Personally I liked this movie although it was incredibly dumb it was an entertaining ride. The acting was subpar with some exceptions. Nic Cage gave some glimers of when he was once a good actor. Ron Pearlman was good as his wisecracking side kick, a little cliche i know. Christopher Lee who is alwasy great and Claire Foy in her first theatrical film was amazing easily the best preformance in the film. It was a good movie all around the CGI was okay but it wasn't anything special, and the final product did show signs of post production tampering. All in all though it was a fun way to spend a sunday afternoon. Recommended.

Rob Zombie's remakes of the first two HALLOWEEN movies left a lot to be desired, but he actually improves upon the third film in the franchise with his remake of SEASON OF THE WITCH. What was once considered the weak link in an otherwise stellar horror series now stands on its own as a classic in its own right and I can't wait to see what Zombie does with HALLOWEEN IV.

I gave this movie a 3 stars out of 5.. Would of gave it a 4 star rating but the one liners in this movie were aweful.. nobody laughed at any of them! otherwise this movie was good, it had my girlfriend jumping out of her seat.

i just saw this movie today and i was really impressed! i usually dont enjoy movies with nicolas cage in them but he actually did a really good job in this one! the battle scenes were great and the witch was actually really creepy. i would definately recommed this movie to anyone ...especially those who like nicolas cage!
