I thought this was far from an action film. Very long and slow. Too many story lines going on. I was sick of peter parker crying by the end. It seems that was all he did.

This movie has me divided... It had so many funny/strange moments, possibly too many. The action was good but I needed more web-slinging, more fighting and fewer corny moments(the black suit Peter parker is just goofy with his threats, the dance bit and the hair)... Overall ok, i just think i anticipated the movie too much. 3 stars

Spiderman cries too much lol. And he puts on too much makeup. Venom/Topher Grace/Eric from that 70's show was the best part of the movie, the rest was jstu so-so.

The action was good, but too much was happening at one time for you to stay focused. The camera shots were not controlled in most of the action scenes leaving you a bit confused. The acting was not the worst, but defiantely far, far, far from the best. Topher Grace was awesome as both Eddie and Venom. I expected to see a lot more of venom. But thats life. A good movie to see for die hard fans, for the rest of us, wait for Video.

First off I am a huge spiderman fan and movie buff. But this movie was defiantly the worst in the trilogy. Don't get me wrong some of it was awesome but there were some major issues. I think writers forget that there are hardcore spidy fans in the audience that get pretty pissed if things aren't up to snuff. So lets start with the bad news first. There are tons of loose ends in the story and instead of being the darker more action packed spiderman we were promised it ended up being a mushy, feel sorry for me love story. After the first couple of time you see parker or mj or harry with tears in there eyes it's believable but it continues through the whole movie and just gets annoying. Plus yo

Not the best in the trilogy but overall still a very good movie. Had everything great performences, AMAZING special effects mixed in with some sadness and humour.

I don't know why people don't like this movie. All the other ones were partial love stories too so why are you just complaining about this one. Plus this movie has a lot of action. These are supposed to be movies for kids and adults and if there was to much blood in it then it would just be a teen - adult movie and the rating would go higher. Plus the company that made the spiderman movies ticket sales would go down because pretty much 3 quarters of the ticket sales to this movie are kids with there parents! Lighten up people!

what was most depressing was the crying and the singing Goodness Gracious was that annoying and the dance. Did nobody saw the movie before putting in the theatres? they would have cut those scenes it was good but not that good i think the best movie of the summer will be PIRATES OF THE CARIBEAN 3

this movies was the best superhero movie ever made. It had he most action, the most special effects, the most drama and if you put that all together you get the best superhore movies. Plus Venom looked awsome.

Pretty bad acting. The audience broke up in laugher several times over a sad scene. 2.5 unconfortable hours. Best to get DVD at watch it at your own pace.

as you've probably read... the majority casts this movie as a disappointment... AND IT IS! You still have to watch it though - fighting scenes make it worth while. Venom could be A LOT BETTER as he's Spidey's arch nemsis...

Spidey 3 was a great movie. Before I say anything else, I want to ask all you spidey fans out there. When you watched spidey and spidey 2, did you get this feeling that you wanted more spidey, more effects, more villains, and more great acting from great actors? I did. That's what made me wanting to watch this last one, because, for now, there may not be a 4th, 5th, or 6th one, because none of the cast and crew, want to do more. So watch this movie because even though it has too much crying, sad scenes, and the action scenes are spread apart, in the end, I know you'll like or love, this movie, even by a tiny bit, as you come to this website and give it a 1 star rating. As you would expect great special effects. But, Toby and Kristen where terrible, especially at crying. Pretty bad when the audience laughs at what's supposed to be a sad scene. This movie was too slow for an action flick. Needed to see alot more of Spidey than we did. Afterall, he's the real star of the show.

Hmm. Another tough one. It wasn't horrible. It wasn't amazing. It wasn't average. But I did enjoy it quite a bit. The CGI of Venom was PERFECT, and even Topher Grace did a good job as Eddie Brock. As one would think from all the marketing of the film, there is a LOT of stuff in this movie even though it's almost 2.5 hours long. They did a good job editing it, but there is an almost absolute certainty that there will be an extended version coming out at some point. As I said, there is a lot of stuff in this movie, but I honestly can't see how they'd be able to take either Venom, Sandman, or Gwen Stacey out of the movie and have it actually better. Should be called Cryerman. How many times can Spiderman cry? And what was with the Saturday Night Fever bit in the middle? By far the weakest of the 3. The only saving grace was the action scenes, when they eventually got to them. Very disappointed.

what a terrible movie, i'm almost insulted by how simple the plot was and how much idiot action there was...speaking of action, it was blurry and incoherent. And what is with 'dark spiderman' its just peter parker with gallons of eyeliner!!! stupid, just stupid...and a dance sequence? wtf?!?!?

It's better than 2. It has good visuals. If you're open minded and still have the heart of a kid, well... go see the movie, you won't be dissapointed. Hey it's a superhero movie. I wouldn't change a thing. It's entertaining.

This movie is HORRIBLE! Tobey's bad for this role, and the 70's walk and dance? Totally embarassing! Thank god for James Franco! His Harry's more interesting and it's the only good thing about this movie.

Predictable spiderman, entertaining but the kids will get restless when they try and turn a kids comic into more, and attempt a academy award drama drive throughout the movie, go one way or the other make your mind up. SHould have been more old fashoined action and less boring drama, common who takes it that seriously.

I was not as good as the first and second one, but I fo were done really well. Too many plot lines though especially with the character of Sandman...there were also very good humour from Tobey Macguire surprisingly. Oh ya Toby really can't cry in the movie!
