bad service in cineplex markham

stood in line for 30 minutes for popcorn. this is absolutely poor service standards. no proactive management. no supervisor involved. 30 th june at 6.45 pm..

Best VIP

The VIP is amazing and has great service. The issue with theatre is not enough mobile ticket booths. There are always long line to get online tickets which makes no sense

If we had a theatre like this near our home we would go often. I love everything about VIP! The wonderful seats, the legroom the food and yes the beer!

Great venue, but...................

I love the VIP concept; and am willing to pay the extra $10 for the experience-big seats, no one kicking the back of your seat, etc., etc. I've been at least 10 times to date. Unfortunately, the new system for buying your tickets online, recently implemented, is onerous. After completing your purchase online, you then have to go wait in line to pick up your tickets. This defeats the idea of purchasing tickets online. Why lessen the customer experience with this new process?

good theater

this is one of few (maybe only 4) theaters cross Canada plays foreign movies. and many people live in Markham and GTA area come to watch those movies. Maybe the only inconvenient thing is only one theater in Markham.

Foreign movies overload

This theatre doesn't play all new movies and customers have to go somewhere which is not convenient. Too many foreign movies that take up space for other movies. Disappointed!!!

Extremely rude staffs!!

Don't go to their customer service rep or box office to get tickets! Went there twice and had the worst customer experience ever! Staffs are extremely rude! They don't even know how to deliver the basic customer service!

Too many theatres showing films of foreign nature and not being utilized for new release movies. Unable to view movies that are currently playing because theatres are being occupied by foreign films and have to go to other theatres to view new and current movies. Unacceptable for a new theatre that replaced a theatre that showed all new releases. Disappointing!! The old theatre should be used to show these foreign content films!

Worst customer service

They have the worst customer service and the experience was not at all what I thought it would be. The staff was really rude and did not alecen attept to accommodate
