Great Theatre

It has a similar viewing experience (both audio and video) as larger cities but with a cheaper ticket price. I have a great time every time I go. An extra-big popcorn is a must. I skip the drinks though or else I, *ahem*, miss an important part. To "poor expierence" (whatever "expierence" means) Why wouldn't you just ask the parents to control their kids or you'll have them escorted out? Please stop whining about something after the fact: It's a Canadian stereotype and you're propagating it. Don't wait until the end of the movie. It's too late. The staff can't do anything about it. The parents may not even have realized their kids are jerks. I've found some parents go a little deaf and don't see (or hear) just how awful their kids are. To "Drinks" So you got a bad pop, you foolishly did not get your receipt, and then you suspiciously waited until the end of the movie to, not ask for a refill but instead ask for a refund? If I didn't know better, I'd think the staff figured you grabbed an empty cup off the floor, filled it with water and then claimed you got a dud drink. Or maybe they're pure evil. Which do you think it is?

poor expierence

had a terrible experience at your theater in Brandon Manitoba yesterday. 4 young kids being very rude. Talking laughing jumping around and running up and down the isle as they were all sharing a pop. My wife and I go to the movies about once every 3 weeks and have never complained before yesterday. I no a few of the kids that work at the theater and went to report this and couldnt find a staff member. went to the check out and 2 girls had lines with people in them. Went back to sit in my seat wanted to explode on these kids. My wife and I moved and they still disrupted all the patrons. After the movie went and told a staff member and he said he would watch for them next time. I felt very blown off. Very disappointed as I felt he didnt hear my frustration how they really ruined the experience for my wife and I. Didnt want to handle this my way as I know it would have resulted in a negative manner for everyone involved. Thank you for your time.

Drinks

March 28, 2014

Just had a family night out, spent 32.00 on tickets and and another 30.34 on drinks and food. One drink was poor tasting and undrinkable. After the movie was over returned the drink, attendant poured it out and offered us a new one. We did not want one as movie was over and we were going home. Just asked for a refund. Another Attendant came over to assist us and told us that a refund was not possible with out a receipt. When snacks were first purchased we were not given a receipt. We were very disappointed, this is not good costumer service!

Movie schedules just running till Thursday

Wish the movie schedules would run over the following weekend and not just stop at Thursday evening....it would be great to be able to plan a weekend in advance!
