Access

January 01, 2014

I think with the growing number of baby boomers that entry to your theatres from the second (projection) level would be great (elevator accessible). Most seniors have trouble climbing those steep stairs and don't necessarily want to sit at the bottom of the theatre off to the side.

Needs an upgrade

September 05, 2017

Picture quality at this theater is poor. Auditorium 6 has a tear in the screen and number 12 needs Calibration, green outlines on darker images especially in bright "blooming effect" scenes.

Falling Apart

October 08, 2018

This theatre is an embarrassment to Burlington. It is time to do some renovating. The layout is awkward. The seats are in disrepair. The concession stand is crowded.

Loud and obnoxious on the weekend

April 05, 2015

If you go bring your climbing gear for the front steps and try to avoid the weekends. Crowds beyond belief with limited parking, and one of the noisiest arcades right in front for you to suffer through while you wait. They can do better than this.

Burlington

January 02, 2018

Overall experience was good. However the theatre was littered with spilled popcorn and the rest rooms with paper, there was no soap and the stall I was in had no toilet paper. Customer service is an oxymoron, there is no such thing. The concession is very overpriced and, since I cannot eat popcorn because of medical issues would like the option of chips or pretzels. As for presentation I actually feel pain from the sound volume of the trailers and ads before the show starts. Why does it have to be so loud? Many of my friends feel the same way. It must be absolutely unbearable for anybody with a hearing aid but at least they have the option of turning it off. Hope some changes can be made.
