Cineplex Cinemas Queensway and VIP
The Queensway is a huge, 20-screen multiplex just west of Toronto’s downtown core. The Queensway, which opened on November 16, 2001—the release date of the first Harry Potter film—is conveniently named for the street it extends from. It is also the first theatre in Canada to install D-Box motion code technology, where seats move in a synchronized fashion to the on-screen action. Wheelchair accessibility is offered, as are Fidelio described video, Assisted Listening Devices and CaptiView Captioning. Food offerings include Outtakes Backstage Bistro and Pizza Pizza. There is ample free parking in the large lot.
