Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga

Located inside Square One, one of the largest malls in Ontario, this Empire Theatres cinema was originally owned by Cineplex Odeon until it was purchased by Empire Theatres in 2005 due to close proximity with the behemoth Coliseum Mississauga across the street (which was bought by Cineplex Entertainment that year). Originally the Square One Cinemas, the theatre opened in November 2001 and is primarily notable for four monstrous cinemas with around 500 plush seats. Theatres currently offer digital projection and surround sound, as well as birthday party rooms. Beyond the big hits, foreign-language fare (usually in Hindi) often screens at the Studio 10.
