When this theatre opened in 1998, it was Canada’s largest movie theatre (last record holder was LeCinémas Guzzo's Mega-Plex GuzzoTaschereau 18 near Montreal). Originally called Winston Churchill 24, it was one of AMC’s first theatres in Canada’s with a total of 4, 772 seats before it was acquired by Cineplex. This theatre offers eight Real D 3D Screens, one UltraAVX Screen, one IMAX Screen, 24 Screens, TimePlay, Stars and Strollers, two Party Rooms, Stadium Seating and Digital Sounds, as well as a ScotiaBank ATM.
