Toronto gears up for celeb spotting!

Labour Day is over, the Toronto International Film Festival is only two days away and already, Twitter is abuzz with the anticipation of star sightings as Hollywood gets set to converge on the city.

Film buffs and celebrity sighters are awaiting the arrival of such stars as James Franco, Megan Fox, Clint Eastwood and Colin Firth, expected later this week.

In early TIFF-related sightings in Toronto, Canadian actress Allie MacDonald - set to appear in Score: A Hockey Musical on opening night at TIFF - is in town, it was reported Tuesday on Twitter.

In other Score: A Hockey Musical news, one tweeter also said this morning that the festival has started setting up at Roy Thomson Hall, where the film is set to open TIFF with a gala premiere on Thursday.

In other recent star sightings, tweets on the weekend reported that actor Channing Tatum was spotted having dinner in Yorkville, on a break from filming The Vow, co-starring Rachel McAdams.
