Clint Eastwood has been spotted in Toronto, set to make his return to the TIFF red carpet tonight after a 20 year absence to premiere his film Hereafter.
The film, a supernatural thriller, is being compared to The Sixth Sense, and stars Matt Damon, Cecile de France and Bryce Dallas Howard.
Telling parallel stories about three people affected by death in different ways, the story follows an American factory worker who is able to communicate with the dead, a French television journalist who survives a tsunami and and an English boy whose brother is killed in a car accident.
Matt Damon has also been seen around the city and is expected to make an appearance at tonight’s premiere.
