On May 10 the TIFF Next Wave Film Festival begins. This newly designed event is for youth between the ages of 14 and 18. Throughout this three-day screening teens can participate in a number of activities as well as watch several films intended for an audience of their demographic. TIFF Next Wave Film Festival is expected to be a huge success as well as fun and entertaining for teens because the committee consists of mostly teens. Based on applications submitted the committee is formed of 12 teens from ages 15 and 18. They are responsible for helping identify, organize, and design the workshops, screenings as well as parties.
