A mysteriously ill woman looks to travel to the U.S. with her young son in the hopes of meeting a doctor who can cure her blood ailment. While on the transatlantic flight, hijackers take over the plane and in the chaos of chasing down her son, the woman is shot. Waking from her gunshot wounds, the woman's mysterious illness is revealed to be vampiric in nature. Left with no choice, she must contend with her inner evil in order to protect the life of her son and all other hostages on board.
