Fired from her job singing at a bar, country singer Bailey (Katharine McPhee) finds herself taking a job as a nanny for Beau (Eddie Cibrian) and his five children, becoming the 10th one for the family. With the children losing their mother early in their lives, Bailey quickly builds a strong relationship with them. Although she's probably the worst nanny Beau's family has ever had, Bailey makes up for it with her heart the size of Texas, showing that she truly cares for the children, and that maybe she needs them more than they need her.
