The trailer for Forever My Girl begins with country superstar Liam Page (Alex Roe) in concert in New Orleans. We then see him at a cemetery, telling a woman named Josie (Jessica Rothe) he's sorry about her grandmother. In response, he gets a quick right to the solar plexus. The next day Liam goes to visit at Josie at work and finds out she owns the shop. Josie's daughter, Billy, runs in. When Liam asks how old Billy is, he learns she's seven. Since he left eight years ago, Liam begins to put two and two together. Josie admits she didn't know she was pregnant until two weeks after Liam left her at the altar.
