The official trailer for From the Land of the Moon begins with a young woman, Gabrielle (Marion Cotillard), suffering from mental illness and a man determined to marry her. She is sent to a mental institution in an attempt to treat her condition, but while there meets and falls in love with another patient. When her treatment is complete, she is determined to keep in contact with him but is forced to rectify her relationship with her husband with her feelings for this other man who suddenly goes silent.
