In the second trailer for Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, we meet Rafe Khatchadorian (Griffin Gluck), a six-grader who immediately invites us into his wild imagination, where his drawings come to life, and where anything, and everything, is possible.

Rafe introduces us to all the crazy people in his life: his disheveled mom Jules (Lauren Graham), who's worried about Rafe's first day at a new school, his reckless sister Georgia (Alexa Nisenson), followed by his mom's loudmouth boyfriend Bear (Rob Riggle), and finally, to his new principal, Mr. Dwight (Andy Daly).

Principal Dwight is a stickler for the rules, chastising Rafe for his outfit on his very first day. Things look up as Rafe meets Leo (Thomas Barbusca), a tiny troublemaker with a pension for rule-breaking. The two become fast friends and decide to break every single rule in the school's handbook.
