'Room for Rent' Trailer

In the trailer for Room for Rent, Carl Lemay (Brett Gelman) arrives at the Baldwins' home and inquires about the room they have up for rent. We learn Mitch (Mark Little) won the lottery in high school but spent all his winnings, and his father (Mark McKinney) has lost his job. In order to avoid selling their house, Mitch suggests renting out one of the bedrooms. At first a welcome guest, Carl soon reveals himself to be a creepy stranger who begins to torment Mitch.
