The official teaser trailer for Smurfs: Lost Village begins with a green screen saying that this preview has been approved for appropriate audiences. A hand then presses against the green screen, asking if this is the lost village. Warned against touching the screen, the smurf presses his face against it, causing it to fall over. We see a few of the smurfs, including Smurfette (voiced by Demi Lovato). One of them asks who the audience is, before a yellow flower sucks up Brainy. They manage to get him out, but they wind up covered in a yellow, sticky substance. One of the smurfs laughs at the others, until he's taken by a flower too. At the end, we see a clip of the greenery with blinking eyes.
