In this trailer for The Front Runner, Hugh Jackman plays Gary Hart, who is running for President of the United States in 1988. Bill Dixon (J.K. Simmons) talks about how talented Gary Hart is at untangling politics so that anyone can understand. We see Hart with his wife, Lee (Vera Farmiga). However, photos surface of Hart kissing another woman and he's approached by the media for an explanation. The ensuing scandal threatens to derail his campaign.
