In this trailer for Unsane, Sawyer Valentini (Claire Foy) receives endless text messages from someone named David. She blocks him on her phone, but says she feels her life is slipping away from her. She has not only had to change her email and take out a restraining order, but has moved to stop his relentless attempts at contacting her. Finally, she goes to a center that offers help for victims of stalkers. She tells a counselor that she sees him everywhere. However, once she's signed papers to join the group, she's asked into a room where she's told to remove her clothes. When she tries to leave, she finds out the door is locked. She realizes to her dismay that one of the papers she signed was a consent to voluntary commitment to a mental health institution. However, she's not there voluntarily and tries every option she has to get out. She's forced to take meds and the man who offers them to her is David. She tries to tell everyone what's happening, but they think she's crazy and put her in restraints.
