Former number one ballerina Marine Durand (Kristine Froseth) has a new rival to be on the lookout for in Kate Sanders (Diana Silvers), an ambitious ballerina who wants to take the top spot. Both young women are competing for a contract with the Paris Opera Ballet, and vie for the partnership of one dancer who can help them secure the win. Their rivalry, however, has the opposite effect, evolving their relationship to something more intimate. But the ultimate prize of the Paris contract pits both women to lie and manipulate one another in order to achieve their ambitions.
