In the first trailer for Holmes & Watson, Dr. Watson (John C. Reilly) describes Sherlock Holmes (Will Ferrell) as a genius and master of disguise. Following a murder at Buckingham Palace, the two learn that the Queen of England will be killed by Professor James Moriarty unless they can solve the case in just four days. The two then set out together to solve the murder and save the Queen before it's too late.
