Jason Watkins talks 'McDonald & Dodds'

British actor Jason Watkins, who played Prime Minister Wilson on The Crown, is now starring in his own murder mystery series, McDonald & Dodds on BritBox. He talks to interviewer Alexandra Heilbron about his character, a detective who’s back in the field after years of being at a desk. Jason also describes the beautiful and historic city of Bath, where the show takes place; talks about what the pandemic has been like for him and discusses some upcoming projects, two of which co-star David Tennant. He also reveals that three more episodes of McDonald & Dodds will soon begin filming.
