Ruth’s (Alice Lowe) husband has just died but she is heavily pregnant with his child. At a routine appointment, her midwife tells Ruth the baby will tell her what’s good for her. That’s when Ruth says her child already is. In fact, she believes the baby is telling her to kill unsuspecting victims. Ruth is terrified of her unborn child, especially because she thinks it is telling her to kill whoever it says or the baby will kill her.
