Zara (Gillian White) has escaped her tragic past held as a sex slave, and is now living a normal life with her husband Brian (Michael Jai White) and her stepdaughter. One day, Zara is seen on video disarming a man armed with a pistol, which goes viral, grabbing the attention of the dangerous man from her past, her old captor Patrick (Mickey Rourke). Still holding a grudge against Zara for escaping, Patrick then kidnaps her stepdaughter, putting her and Brian/s back against the wall, as they fight for their lives while also trying to save their daughter.
