Monday is Stanley's (Richard Jenkins) last shift at a fast food restaurant. It'll be 38 years to the day. First he has to train his replacement, Jevon (Shane Paul McGhie), who has no experience, and Stanley worries that he isn't up for the task. However, despite their differences, the two men discover they have much in common.
