In this trailer for the Netflix original movie To the Bone, Ellen (Lily Collins) is an anorexic young woman who counts out the calories of each item on her plate. She gets a new doctor (Keanu Reeves) who tells her she has to want to live if he's going to treat her. Ellen keeps telling everyone she has it under control, but she keeps losing weight until she gets to the point where she blacks out. She's finally sent to a new rehab place where she begins to make friends. Although she likes it there at first, she has a hard time trusting people who say they love her, because her mother never did.
