In this trailer for Woman Walks Ahead, Catherine Weldon (Jessica Chastain) travels unaccompanied across America by train in the 1890s to paint a portrait of the great Chief Sitting Bull. However, she runs into a number of small-minded and prejudiced men along the way who put her down and even spit on her. While with the tribe, she learns firsthand about the hardships the people endure at the hands of the white men, who won't rest until all natives are dead.
