Employees are brought in to work half a day to earn their final paycheck when their factory closes down. Allery (Peter Gerety) has been with the company for a long time. Now that he's out of work, he isn't sure what to do with himself, so he decides to sneak into the factory and resume working. His wife and former boss are angry with his decision, but Allery won't back down. Soon, his former co-workers decide to stand together and join Allery to reopen the factory and fulfill the outstanding orders.
